You are allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages as long as you follow the
Fountains policies as well as the TEXAS ALCOHOL and BEVERAGE REGULATIONS. In accordance
with TEXAS ALCOHOL and BEVERAGE REGULATIONS alcohol should not be served to anyone
under the age of 21 or already under the influence of alcohol.
All alcohol beverages must be provided by the client whose name appears on The
Fountains’ contract. All bar items must be delivered in advance and will
be served by an authorized person of The Fountains. The Fountains staff has the
right to ask for proper ID if necessary. Items available at the bar for purchase
include: Coke, Diet Coke, Orange Juice, Margarita Mix, Sprite, Club Soda, and
Tonic Water. |
