A: It includes: table and seating set up, elegant white linens, ice, and we will even do the final clean-up for you. Insurance is not required. Total price $1600 for a Saturday, and $1300 for a Friday or Sunday reception.

Q: How much does it cost to have a full service reception?
A: Starting price is $35.00 per guest.

Q: How many hours do we get for the event?
A: Six hours.

Q: How many guests does your facility accommodate?
A: The Fountains accommodates 220 guests.

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A: Yes.

Q: Is there a minimum price?
A: Yes, but only for week day events and small receptions.

Q: How much is the security deposit? And how can I lose it?
A: There is a security deposit of $500. It will be refunded after the event if there is no
damage to the premises, additional guests not included in the guarantee, additional
event time or if there is excessive clean up.
